DDB

DDB is an open-source biological information management software based on a relational database system ( MySQL ) and a web-based user interface. It is geared towards protein structure prediction and mass spectrometry and is extensible to most informatics challenges. DDB incorporates numerous publicly available databases and software suits and focus on organizing the data to be able to view data from multiple angles and still be fast enough to analyze large data sets. Check out the information management page for more details.
